School Dresses: Worn for all performances (unless otherwise indicated by Ms. Stephanie), the dresses can be purchased from Custom Dancewear at: http://www.customdancewear.com/celtic_rhythm_school.html. Please ensure that you choose the school dresses for girls or the school cummerbund for boys. The company style garments are for our performance Company.

Dress Code for classes and the Riverdance camps: Students are required to wear a white T-shirt, black shorts, and white socks. (Students' knees must be visible.) Hair is to be secured neatly off the dancer's face. Proper shoes must be worn to all classes. (All shoes should have the dancer's name written inside.) Soft shoe: girls wear Irish gillies, boys wear black jazz shoes; hard shoe: all dancers wear jig shoes. Shoes can be purchased at the Irish Walk (call ahead to check availability, 703-548- 0118); they can also be ordered through Rutherford Products (716-392-7707) or Irish Dancers Catalogue (800-222-2088).

Dress code for Stretch classes : Comfortable clothing to dance in. Students may wear socks or go barefoot.

Student Rules: Students of the Celtic Rhythm School of Dance are expected to be courteous, respectful, and well-behaved at all times: during classes and camps, as well as at home. Food and gum are prohibited at all classes and camps, Except at the designated camp lunchtime. A plastic water bottle may be brought to class and camp. Students should be prepared at the start of class/camp time; tardiness holds everyone back. There is to be no parental interaction with the students after the class/camp has begun, with the exception of an emergency. Students must ask permission from the instructor to leave the room during class/camp for any reason. Formal applause and a verbal thank-you will epd all classes.
